# About Pinterest Marketing Strategies

We write practical guides to Pinterest marketing strategy for bloggers, shops and small businesses: how to plan it, what to post, how to set up boards, and how to tell whether it is working.

## What we cover

The site is deliberately small. Each guide answers one question in depth:

- [Pinterest marketing strategy](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/): The full strategy in seven steps, and the techniques that make each step work.
- [Pinterest marketing plan](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/pinterest-marketing-plan/): A one-page plan you can copy, and what the first 90 days look like.
- [Pinterest content strategy](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/pinterest-content-strategy/): What to post, in which format, and a rhythm you can keep up.
- [Pinterest board strategy](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/pinterest-board-strategy/): How many boards, what to call them and how to keep them tidy.
- [Pinterest for bloggers](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/pinterest-for-bloggers/): Set up once, pin every post several ways, and keep readers coming.
- [Pinterest KPIs](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/pinterest-kpis/): The one number to track for your goal, and a monthly report to keep it honest.
- [Pinterest ads strategy](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/pinterest-ads-strategy/): When to advertise, which objective to pick and how to judge the spend.
- [Pinterest marketing for small business](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/pinterest-marketing-for-small-business/): What to pin for a shop, a service or a local business, in a few hours a week.
- [Is Pinterest marketing worth it?](https://pinterestmarketingstrategies.com/is-pinterest-marketing-worth-it/): Who it pays off for, who should skip it, and how to test it.

## How we research

- **Pinterest's own sources first.** Platform facts come from Pinterest's help center, business site, newsroom and its quarterly results filed with the SEC. Each guide lists its sources at the end.
- **Dated checks.** We note when we last checked our sources, currently November 4, 2026. Pinterest changes features and wording often; if a page of theirs disagrees with ours, theirs wins and we want to know.
- **No invented results.** We do not publish traffic numbers, case studies or test results we have not seen. Examples are labeled as examples, and time estimates are labeled as our estimates.
- **Plain advice.** Where something is a judgment call, such as how many boards to start with, we say so and explain the reasoning.

## Tools we mention

Most of what we recommend uses Pinterest's free tools. Where a paid tool genuinely saves time, we name it, describe what it does and give the price from its own pricing page on the date we checked.

## Who writes the guides

The guides are written and maintained by the Pinterest Marketing Strategies editorial team. We update them when Pinterest changes something that affects the advice.
